Work
Three ways to work with me. All start from the same point, that the organisation keeps the ability to understand and answer for what it decides with AI.
Talks
Four talks I can give as they are or adapt to the audience. Thirty to sixty minutes, with questions. Delivered in Spanish.
-
Vital Interface: why AI cannot rewrite a bank’s core
- Who it is for
- Boards and technology committees of financial institutions.
- Argument
- Legacy systems are the precedent for knowledge nobody understands. AI repeats the pattern at another speed. Which decisions models can absorb and where judgement has to stay.
- Length
- 45 to 60 minutes
Delivered on the OdiseIA channel in September 2026.
-
Governing the AI you already have inside
- Who it is for
- Boards, risk and compliance committees, technology leadership.
- Argument
- ISO 42001 and the EU AI Act explained from practice. What real human oversight requires, how to run a committee that works and what record you need to answer to a regulator.
- Length
- 45 minutes
-
Cognitive autonomy and human judgement in the face of AI
- Who it is for
- Universities, professional bodies, engineering associations.
- Argument
- What happens to judgement when the machine answers before anyone asks. The capacities worth protecting in an organisation and in a classroom.
- Length
- 30 to 45 minutes
-
Cognitive autonomy as a collective good in management education
- Who it is for
- Business schools and management faculties.
- Argument
- Why human judgement in the face of AI is a collective good that management education should cultivate, and how to bring it into the curriculum.
- Length
- 20 to 30 minutes
Paper accepted at the 15th PRME Latin America and Caribbean Meeting, October 2026.
Training
Two formats, depending on what the group needs.
Hands-on lab workshop
Three hours with real tools. The group builds something and discusses it. They leave with a matrix of which decisions they can delegate and which they cannot, and a human oversight plan for their team.
Classroom session
Fundamentals, judgement and discussion. A master’s module, a faculty seminar or a session for a leadership team. Real cases from financial services, names removed.
Governance
Advisory work for banks and insurers that already use AI and have to answer for it to regulators, auditors and customers. As an ISO 42001 Lead Implementer who has done it in his own company.
What I deliver
- Situation report against ISO 42001 and the EU AI Act.
- Prioritised gap map and phased plan.
- Design of the AI management system and its committees.
- Support during implementation.
The result is a governance system the organisation understands and sustains, not a binder for the audit.
